LaParis Phillips, a St. Louis native, has called New York City home for the past 14 years. Her love for flowers and creative expression began at her family’s business, Balloons Unlimited. Though she primarily worked with balloons, she was always drawn to the flowers. While studying Fashion Marketing, LaParis began working at a flower shop to learn a new craft—an experience that laid the foundation for her floral design expertise and introduced her to the inner workings of the flower industry.
