In collaboration with Vault by Vans + Kith for their "Love Thy Community" initiative, the owner of Brooklyn Blooms, LaParis Phillips, designed these limited editions OG Slip-On Vans inspired by her love of style, Black culture, Brooklyn, St. Louis, and of course flowers!
The shoe details showcase a few details about LaParis and her business. She is a St. Louis native who now resides in Bedstuy, Brooklyn hence why you see STL & BKNY boasting on the back of the sneakers. Secondly, the "Creating Beautiful Things of Beautiful Things" tagline is in Phillip's handwriting. Lastly, flip over the green Vans tags and you will find the names "Nostrand" and " Fulton", the two street names of both locations of the beloved shops.
